OnNovember 9, 2016 afternoon, the launch ceremony of “creating Wise Qingyang, drivinginnovation and entrepreneurship------legal service entering pioneer parks”,which was sponsored by the leading group of innovation work in Qingyang andhosted by Qingyang innovation & entrepreneurship incubator alliance andOptical Valley Start-up Café, was heldgrandly inOptical Valley Start-up Cafe hall in Qingyangdistrict. In the conference, Yuan Jia gave a speech whose title was “avoiding legal risksand creating values for start-ups”.
