The State Intellectual Property Office held “the Evaluation Conference of First National Intellectual Property Service Brand Organizations” on the morning of August 18, 2014, and awarded 46 organizations as the First National Intellectual Property Service Brand Organizations all over the country, and Tahota Law Firm was successfully elected. On the conference, Tahota read out the Proposal for Creating Chinese Famous Brand of Intellectual Property Service on behalf of 46 organizations all over the country. 

In order to carry out the Twelfth Five-Year Service Industry Development Plan of the State Council, implement the requirements of the Instructional Advice on Accelerating the Development of High-tech Service Industry of the General Office of the State Council and the Instructional Advice on Accelerating the Cultivation and Development of Intellectual Property Service Industry of the nine governmental departments and create the internationally influencing intellectual property service enterprises and brands, the Intellectual Property Office selected and announced the first national Intellectual Property service brand educated organizations since June, 2012, and organized and developed the education work on the general “government-led and market-driven” principle.

After the education lasting two years, China Intellectual Property Society, All-China Patent Agents Association, China Trademark Association and the Periodical Office of China Intellectual Property, as the third-party organization, evaluated the first cultivated organizations for their working performance during the cultivation period jointly.

Under the guidance, cultivation, business instruction, supervision and administration by the State Intellectual Property Office and Szechwan Intellectual Property Office, Tahota constantly improves the comprehensive service capability, strengthens the talent construction, broadens the business scope and improves the brand connotation, and it successfully passed the appraise and assessment of national intellectual property service brand organization and was awarded with the title of first “National Intellectual Property Service Brand Organization”.
