In order to improve intellectual property management capacity of enterprises, Sichuan Intellectual Property Office launched intellectual property standard implementation work in advantaged enterprise of Sichuan Province in August 2013 according to relevant requirements of State Intellectual Property Office raised in Circular on Launching Enterprise Intellectual Property Management Standard Promotion Work and Enterprise intellectual property management (GB/T29490-2013).

Intellectual Property Center of Tahota Law Firm was a serve agency included in this standard implementation work. It would provide full-process cultivation and coaching of intellectual property standard implementation for 7 enterprises including Wuliangye Yibin Company Limited, CSR Meishan Co., Ltd., Yibin Tianyuan Grp Co., Ltd., Maipu Communication Technology Co., Ltd., Sichuan Jiuzhou Electric Group Co., Ltd. and Sichuan Golden-Elephant Sincerity Chemical Co., Ltd..

Currently, the standard implementation work group of Intellectual Property Center successively launched survey work for 6 enterprises above in the initial stage of standard implementation and successfully held intellectual property standard implementation kick-off meeting in these enterprises.

Persons in charge of enterprises above emphasized the important position of intellectual property during development history of the enterprises in the standard implementation kick-off meeting and expressed their wishes to establish scientific and standardized intellectual property management system in daily operation, form reasonable and complete intellectual property management systems, improve national and international competitiveness of enterprises and ensure sustainable development of enterprises through this standard implementation work.
